Tip: Use chicken thighs. They're cheaper and are very forgiving on the grill compared to breasts because the additional fat keeps them moist and delicious.

A New Treat
Today I'm adding something new to The Dinner Hour. In addition to my regular Monday posts, I will also add quick takes on recent meals throughout the week.
